During this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, with the exception that if there are no damages or defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached. No return shipping label will be provided if there are no damages or defects.

    Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, such as custom or made-to-order products, as we source these directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we are unable to facilitate a return. This policy may vary on a case-by-case basis, so we encourage you to contact us for specific details regarding the brand or product you're interested in.

    If your purchase is not a custom or made-to-order product and is eligible for return, you must first obtain return authorization by contacting us via email at support@eternalemberoutdoorliving.com. Without verification, the items will not be accepted.

    To be eligible for a return once we receive the item(s), the item(s) must be in perfect condition, the item(s) must remain in the original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached until your exchange request is accepted and processed.

    Warranty

    Mont Alpi offers a limited lifetime warranty under which 100% of the cost of the stainless steel roasting hood will be covered for fifteen (15) years, the stainless steel cooking grids for fifteen (15) years, the stainless steel tubular burners for five (5) years, the stainless steel firebox for two (2) years, and the electronics for one (1) year. After the stated period the owner will cover 45 percent of the list price for the part required. Labor is not included. Refer to the manufacture downloads section below for more details.

    Mont Alpi Original Series:

    Instead of cascading granite down the sides, the original series islands have stainless steel finishes on the side. Original series islands do not come with a granite cutting board, and they do not come with a rotisserie kit or a cover. How ever the rotisserie kit and covers are available for purchase separately as accessories.

    Mont Alpi Black Series:

    Black stainless steel Islands do not have cascading granite down the sides of the end module pieces. However, Black Stainless Steel Islands come with the same accessories as the Deluxe Series.

    What are Mont Alpi's countertops made out of?

    The white countertops on Mont Alpi  islands are made of a granite & resin composite. This composite is more resistant to chipping, resists heat, is less expensive, and requires less maintenance than regular granite.

    How much assembly is required for Mont Alpi islands?

    Mont Alpi outdoor kitchens are modular and designed for minimal assembly - most of the heavy lifting has been done for you before your product arrives.

    Each module arrives fully assembled. You'll need to unpack your crates, then simply connect your modules to one another. After that, you need to connect your fuel and plug the island in to a standard 120V outlet. That's it!

    While those steps sound simple, these are still quite heavy and bulky items. The manufacturer strongly recommends a minimum of 2 people to unpack and set up the modules.

    Can Mont Alpi's island modules be rearranged?

    Yes, with some limitations. Mont Alpi Islands are modular by design, so you can mix and match the configuration to your liking.

    Can the side burner module go on the right of the main grill?

    The side burner cabinet module is designed to be the left end piece - so if you order a Deluxe Series island, that would mean you have cascading granite going down the left side of the side burner cabinet (and a vein of granite on the interior of your island if you were to move the side burner module to the right of the grill). So the Deluxe Series aren't made for the side burner to be on the right side.

    Conversely, Original and Black editions don't have cascading granite, so it's possible to place the side burner on the right.

    Please note, you may need to purchase a longer gas hose separately to accommodate this set up.

    Can I put a beverage center module on the end of my island?

    Yes, it's possible to have your island end with a beverage center module on the right side. However, please keep in mind:

    • The Deluxe Series has cascading faux granite on the end cabinet modules.
    • Due to the way the islands are packaged, we cannot remove. It is not possible to remove modules before shipping.
    Do Mont Alpi grills arrive configured for propane or natural gas?

    All Mont Alpi grills ship as propane.

    If you want to configure your grill to use natural gas, we'll provide a natural gas conversion kit for free. The conversion more or less, takes a professional about 30 minutes. We highly recommend you have a licensed professional install the conversion kit.

    What are the electrical requirements for Mont Alpi islands?

    The main grill module plugs into one (1) standard 120V outlet for grill lights.

    An additional 120V outlet is required to plug in each additional kegerator or any refrigerators in your island. Use a dedicated circuit for refrigeration units for best performance.

    How does the Mont Alpi sink connect to water?

    Mont Alpi sinks can easily be connected to a garden hose. Alternatively they can be connected to a permanent water source. There is a 2 inch line that can be connected to a drain.

    Care, Use, & Cleaning

    Can Mont Alpi islands sit flush against a wall?

    Placing your island against a wall is not recommended.

    If the wall material is not combustible, it is possible to place your island close to a wall provided proper ventilation is in place. Please ask a licensed professional to install your island to ensure proper ventilation.

    Please note, if the wall material is combustible, the manufacturer recommends the following:

    • Minimum clearance from the sides of the unit to combustible construction is 24 inches.
    • Minimum clearance from back of unit to combustible construction is 36 inches.
    How weather resistant are Mont Alpi islands?

    Mont Alpi grills feature 304 stainless steel components for superior durability and resistance to corrosion. Their products perform well in seaside and harsh weather environments.

    However, proper care and cleaning is necessary to maximize the lifetime and performance of your grill. It’s probably not a big deal if your grill gets rained on a couple of times if you forget to cover it. If you leave your grill exposed to harsh conditions on a regular basis, and ignore cleaning/care, it will impact the performance of your grill (and void your warranty).

    How do I go about cleaning my Mont Alpi Grill after unpacking?

    Some cleaning might be required out of the box before your first use.

    This is a normal occurrence due to fingerprints and the reaction that the protective film has on the stainless steel. Subsequently, they should be cleaned on a regular basis.

    To get the grill looking perfect after unpacking, carry out the following steps:

    1. Spray WD40 or any oil based lubricant generously onto the exterior of the grill
    2. Wipe with a lint free cloth (be sure that the cloth doesn’t have sharp labels etc that could scratch the surface)
    3. After the initial wipe, nourish the metal with a liberal spray of WD40 or similar lubricant and leave to soak for 1 hour
    4. Wipe off the residue with oil sodden cloth
    5. Wipe off the residue with dry fresh cloth
    How do I clean my grill after every use?

    Interior Cleaning After Every Use:

    1. After you have finished cooking, close the hood and leave the burners running for 5 minutes (this will burn off the leftover food on the cooking surface)
    2. Open the roasting hood and scrub vigorously with a grill brush (this will push all of the dirt into the fat tray)
    3. Wipe the cooking grids with cooking oil and you are ready to go again
    Do I need to clean my grill periodically?

    We recommend cleaning your Mont Alpi grill periodically every 5-15 uses.

    Interior Deep Cleaning:

    1. Check your grease tray and dispose of grease/oils/fats that have collected (this should be done once a month or every 5 uses)
    2. Wash the grease tray before replacing it (this should be done once a month or every 5 uses)
    3. Use a basting brush to wipe cooking oil on all of the inner workings of the barbecue, the burners, the flavor peaks / heat distributors and the cooking grids.
    4. Wipe the cooking grids with cooking oil and you are ready to go again


    Exterior Deep Cleaning:

    1. Clean the exterior of the barbecue on a regular basis with an oil-based lubricant (the manufacturer recommends WD40.
    2. Apply lubricant generously on the roasting hood, the cart and the cabinet
    3. Wipe with a lint free cloth (be sure that the cloth doesn’t have sharp labels etc that could scratch the surface)
    4. After the initial wipe, nourish the metal with a liberal spray of WD40 or similar lubricant and leave to soak for 1 hour
    5. Wipe off the residue with oil sodden cloth
    6. Wipe off the residue with dry fresh cloth
    Is there anything I should look out for when cleaning my grill?

    AVOID FLARE UPS!

    Flare ups and grill fires are dangerous. Clean the fat tray regularly or as often as possible to avoid a large scale fat fire.

    In the event of a fat fire turn off control knobs and close roasting hood. A fat fire can ruin a barbecue and cause serious harm to the user.

    DO NOT USE THE FOLLOWING SUBSTANCES TO CLEAN:

    • Fluorine
    • Chlorine
    • Bromine
    • Iodine
    • Alcohol
    • Ammonia
    • Mineral Spirits

    Converting From Propane to Natural Gas

    How do I convert my grill from propane to natural gas?

    **NG Conversions Should Be Done By A Licensed Professional Only**

    The below instructions are for reference only and should not be relied upon or referenced for an actual conversion. Please use the instructions & photos inside of the product manual that is delivered with your items.

    Conversion Instructions

    1. Conversions are to be done by and authorized person only
    2. Make sure all control knob and cylinder valves are in the OFF position
    3. The appliance must be isolated from the gas supply piping system by closing its individual manual
    4. Shut-off valve during any pressure testing of the gas supply piping system at test pressures equal to or less than ½ psi (3.4kPa)

    Main Burner Conversion:

    1. Unscrew and remove the rear panel
    2. Unscrew the main burner securing screws and remove the burner
    3. With the burner removed, you will see the brass gas jet (LPG) which is screwed into the end of the valve. Using the 6mm but driver supplied, unscrew the end of the LPG jet while retaining the inner(NG) jet
    4. Reassemble the burner

    Rear Burner Conversion:

    1. Remove the back burner cover
    2. Remove the LPG jet from the elbow shaped brass injector assembly

    Side Burner Conversion:

    1. Unscrew the valve
    2. Using the 6mm nut driver supplied, unscrew the end LPG jet while retaining the inner (NG) jet
    3. Reassemble the burner.Connect the QDD to the Natural Gas Supply
    4. Connect the grey hose to the QDD

    Final Steps:

    1. Unscrew the bracket fixing the gas supply piping
    2. Unscrew the LPG gas hose and regulator
    3. Connect the NG hose
