    Order Cancellations (Before Dispatched)

    We do allow cancellations, however, once an order is placed, a cancellation transaction fee will apply.     We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. During this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, with the exception that if there are no damages or defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached. No return shipping label will be provided if there are no damages or defects.

    Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, such as custom or made-to-order products, as we source these directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we are unable to facilitate a return.     To be eligible for a return once we receive the item(s), the item(s) must be in perfect condition, the item(s) must remain in the original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached until your exchange request is accepted and processed.

      Excellent quality, works like a charm! Great customer service!

      I debated the purchase of a Masterbuilt Gravity Series for a few years, but it never came to pass. When I saw the XT announcement I knew I had to have one, as the upgrades were serious improvements. Assembly was fairly straightforward and I was able to get right to cooking after the burn-in. I've used it for a number of cycles now and have gotten the hang of the beast.

      It makes smoking almost effortless compared to my old barrel smoker. The fire starts quickly, gets up to temperature, and with the app connectivity you can monitor with ease from a distance. The results are incredible. I've explored with chicken, ribs, pork shoulder. Grilled potatoes and pork chops were incredible at higher temperature. I've barely touched the gas grill since it arrived.

      I will note, that I had a few hiccups - the included cover got lost in by the shipping company, and there was a fitment issue with a shelf. Note that these items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Eternal Ember was fantastic to work with, responsive when I wrote in, and always helpful in the process of resolving these minor details quickly. The manufacturer even included some extra charcoal due to the mishap.

      In short, I would highly recommend this unit and to buy it here. Service is equally good after the sale, as they stand behind what they sell. The fact that they had it in stock for shipment at a good price, with included shipping was even better!

      Terrific upgrade from my 4 year old 560 gravity.

      I’d was waiting on this one! I had long been considering the 1050 but I hear rumor that a newer model was on the way. This is the smoker you’ve been looking for! I say smoker because it’s how I expect to use it mostly but this is a fully capable smoker and grill for sure. I’ve had about 6 cooks thus far on the XT and each has been fantastic. I’ve done a few long cooks including a 15hr pork shoulder and some shorter 3-6hr cooks. Each has been a great experience with minor temp swings (mostly due to spraying, adding mop or turning meat). I have a number of cooking appliances and have missed the charcoal flavor (and smell) and this delivers! Startup has been simple, managing temps is easy, the unit is built like a tank with much improved hardware and material and I think it’s a winner! Assembly was a decent experience though if you have a chance to get it done free, go for it. The instructions aren’t the best, but there are some videos out there that may help if you get stuck.

      The new Gravity Series XT has arrived and built it in no time to get it ready for BBQ action. Looking forward to lots of cooks on this awesome looking grill/smoker that has all the bells and whistles.

      Well built

      This grill feels very high quality. It took me a few hours to put together, but was relatively easy. Make sure you get someone to help you pick it up. So far I’ve smoked ribs, chuck roast, baked beans, and garlic in it and all have been delicious. I debated between the XT and the 1050 but I’m glad I got the XT. Seems to be more worry-free than other MB models.
