    Order Cancellations (Before Dispatched)

    We do allow cancellations, however, once an order is placed, a cancellation transaction fee will apply.     We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. During this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, with the exception that if there are no damages or defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached. No return shipping label will be provided if there are no damages or defects.

    Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, such as custom or made-to-order products, as we source these directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we are unable to facilitate a return. This policy may vary on a case-by-case basis, so we encourage you to contact us for specific details regarding the brand or product you're interested in.

    If your purchase is not a custom or made-to-order product and is eligible for return, you must first obtain return authorization by contacting us via email at support@eternalemberoutdoorliving.com. Without verification, the items will not be accepted.

    Returning Unused Item(s)

    You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted items. you may request to return unused items via email at support@eternalemberoutdoorliving.com within 30 days. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    To be eligible for a return once we receive the item(s), the item(s) must be in perfect condition, the item(s) must remain in the original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached until your exchange request is accepted and processed.

    Warranty

    For the Kamado Joe warranty to apply, you must register your grill. Kamado Joe offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on ceramic parts. All ceramic kamado parts are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill. All metal and cast iron parts are warrantied for a period of five (5) years. The electronic components are warrantied for a period of three (3) years. Any miscellaneous components including, but not limited to the thermometer, gaskets, and iKamand controllers are warrantied for a period of two (2) years. This warranty assumes normal and reasonable domestic household use combined with expected good maintenance. This warranty does not apply to commercial usages. Commercial applications are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Labor not included.     Kamado + Pellet = Perfect Marriage

    After a more than enough cooks I feel confident in giving my honest feedback. The Pellet Joe is a solid smoker, grill and even can bake in it! You get the traditional Joe cooking with the ease of pellets. Plus it can be all monitored my wifi including 2 probes. The hopper holds 10# of pellets and has little agitators to keep pellets moving toward the auger. This thing can go low n slow or sear up to 600°. The pellet loader is super convenient and cleaning the pot out is simple. One recommendation is using foil to line to drip tray to make clean up easier. The cover on the grease bucket is an awesome idea! I was skeptical at first due to pellet with kamado and burning too efficiently but this cooker is awesome! I received the Pellet Joe in return for an honest review. I've put this thing through the ringer and use all types and brands of smokers, this one is solid. KJ stuck the landing here on this beast!

    More than just a pellet grill…

    I owned a Traeger Timberline before getting this grill, but the Pellet Joe sears so much better than my Traeger and has many other features I prefer. I love the humid environment of the kamado as it retains more moisture on my low and slow cooks compared to my Traeger which I also think produces better smoke flavor. I have had the grill a few months and cooked ribs, steak, veggies, wings and kabobs. The grill is so easy to start up compared to most my other grills. The hopper does take a little more time to fill up vs my Traeger but it’s way more fuel efficient. I did an overnight cook at 225 and still had plenty of pellets left in my 10 lb hopper. I also love using my KJ grate extender for low and slow cooks as I can slide a disposable pan right underneath when I want to catch and use the drippings. It’s hard to beat the convenience and versatility of this cooker! Highly recommended.

    Fantastic Grill!

    What isn’t there to love with the ease of using pellets and the high quality of a Kamado Joe. It was packaged really well and arrived without a single mark. It was a breeze to put together with a little help lifting it onto the cart. We’ve already put it to use. The food was spectacular and can’t wait for our next cookout to show our friends and family what this grill can do!
