During this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, with the exception that if there are no damages or defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached. No return shipping label will be provided if there are no damages or defects.

    Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, such as custom or made-to-order products, as we source these directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we are unable to facilitate a return. This policy may vary on a case-by-case basis, so we encourage you to contact us for specific details regarding the brand or product you're interested in.

    If your purchase is not a custom or made-to-order product and is eligible for return, you must first obtain return authorization by contacting us via email at support@eternalemberoutdoorliving.com. Without verification, the items will not be accepted.

    To be eligible for a return once we receive the item(s), the item(s) must be in perfect condition, the item(s) must remain in the original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached until your exchange request is accepted and processed.

    Warranty

    For the Kamado Joe warranty to apply, you must register your grill. Kamado Joe offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on ceramic parts. All ceramic kamado parts are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill. All metal and cast iron parts are warrantied for a period of five (5) years. The electronic components are warrantied for a period of three (3) years. Any miscellaneous components including, but not limited to the thermometer, gaskets, and iKamand controllers are warrantied for a period of two (2) years. This warranty assumes normal and reasonable domestic household use combined with expected good maintenance. This warranty does not apply to commercial usages. Commercial applications are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Labor not included.     Great grill/smoker

    This grill is HUGE, its hard to tell from photos the size of this thing. It is very pricey though so make sure this is what you want. I started off with a Chargriller Akorn and used that for around 2 years before deciding we wanted something bigger and longer lasting. The Akorn is a great grill and I still have it and I'm planning to move that to our cabin, but there is certainly big differences between the two but then you would hope so for a ~$2000 price difference. So far have made pulled pork, pork ribs, beef ribs, spatchcock chicken, and pizza on the new grill. The grill is able to handle everything we've thrown at it and the food all comes out great.

    This is a big Kamato!

    I had the Kamato original 18” grill and loved it but at times the grate space was a little crowded so I ordered the Big Joe 24” and it is huge. I included pics of the two grills side by side. If I had it to do over again I would keep the original 18” Joe. The 24” Big Joe is a great grill but just like a small car vs a SUV, it takes more gas to drive the SUV(charcoal). Both grills cook well but the 18” grill uses less charcoal and I feel was easier to keep on temperature but if you need the extra grate space maybe look at the larger grill. These things hold heat extremely well and will stay at temp for hours. I love the taste of charcoal over propane and while it takes a little more work to charcoal grill, I feel it’s definitely worth it.

    Better than my Grill Dome's.

    This is a well made Kamado. I like it better than my Grill Dome XL's. The price seemed high until I looked at the cost my accessories from Grill Dome(also great Kamado's). Kamado Joe comes with a lot of accessories standard. They cook the same but the Big Joe gives you more ways to cook right out of the box (Divide and Conquer, ceramic divider, split level cooking, water pan holder) where the Grill Dome only comes with a standard cooking grate. You also have to buy a stand for Grill Dome's but it comes standard with the Big Joe. My Big Joe arrived with a broken ceramic plate due to really bad handling by the carrier. I e-mailed Kamado Joe and cannot believe the great customer service. A replacement plate was shipped to me right away. Props to Kamado Joe, they stand behind there product.
