    We do allow cancellations, however, once an order is placed, a cancellation transaction fee will apply.     Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, such as custom or made-to-order products, as we source these directly from manufacturers.     A Griil For All Your Needs!

    I researched the 800 Gravity series and bought it beacause it came with a griddle. I bought it over 2 yrs ago and have ABUSED it! I cook on it minimum 3 times a week, smoked numerous briskets, pork butts, picanha, tri tips, baked beans....you name it I've smoked and grilled. Love the ease of the start up, control of the temp and taking care of it on my phone. Yes I've had issues but what product doesn't. Masterbuilt took care of me. Sent me an ash door that needed replacing and have worked around it till I absolutely have to do the work! I've talked the grill up so much that several people I know have bought them one. Bottom line...and this is how you know what you know...I will buy me another one after I wear this one out!!

    I have had the Gravity Series 800 for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it. I was going to get the 1050 but chose the 800 because it came with the griddle attachment. Easy to use, holds temp great, and get up to temp fast, as advertised. And the griddle attachment is a great as well. Two units in one. I have done several cooks on it, long and short. And it really does hold temp and shut off quick to preserve fuel (charcoal/wood). The griddle is great for breakfast, burgers, cheesesteaks, or steak. Its also easy to clean. I did have one flame up, but it was because I didn't clean it between cooks. As soon as it happened, I slide the dampers in and in flame died is seconds. I have done several cooks afterwards, cleaning between each one with no issues. I still have my stick burner, but I really love the 800. I highly recommend this product.

    Great Griddle/Grill/Smoker!

    Recent purchase but I’ve already cooked Ribs (3, 2, 1 method), cured, slow smoked pork belly / sliced & griddled bacon, hamburgers, jalapeño hot dogs. I purchased the optional rotisserie and will be making a nice pork loin soon. Steak, chicken and more to follow but I have no doubt it will all turn out great! The quality of the Masterbuilt is really good and everything made using the 800 thus far has been excellent. I’ve had numerous grills, smokers (& griddles too) over the years. This is the best ever. Just be aware that your neighbors may demand you make extra based on smell alone!

    Awesome Grill/Smoker

    I was on the fence about buying a Gravity Series grill but I'm sure glad I did. I had a couple hiccups in the beginning but Masterbuilt was on the ball and took care of them right away. I have been using my Gravity Series 800 for over a month now and have 30+ cooks on it from quick Burgers to a low/slow Brisket and everything has came out amazing. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews as if you're someone who loves to grill/smoke then I highly recommend this grill!!

    Set and forget it

    I've ran stick burner smokers for over 20 years. While I love the challenge and the great flavor they produce, I just don't have the spare time I used to have. I studied on pellet smokers for a year or so, and then had some food off one. It was good, but it didn't impart enough smoke flavor for my tastes. Then I spotted the Masterbuilt 800. I finally took the plunge. At last, pellet convenience with real flavor! I've already cooked on it more since buying it in January than I did all last year on my offset. I'm loving so far. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the app is flakey at times, but far from a deal breaker. This thing rocks.....
