    We do allow cancellations, however, once an order is placed, a cancellation transaction fee will apply.     We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. During this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, with the exception that if there are no damages or defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached. No return shipping label will be provided if there are no damages or defects.

    Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, such as custom or made-to-order products, as we source these directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we are unable to facilitate a return.     To be eligible for a return once we receive the item(s), the item(s) must be in perfect condition, the item(s) must remain in the original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached until your exchange request is accepted and processed.

This smoker is darn near effortless and produces amazing food. I use my 545 autoignite around 3 times a week and my gravity fed on the weekends and occasionally a week day here and there. We entertain often and our guests always rave about our smoked/_BBQ'd food. From basically being able to set and forgot like a pellet smoker but with the flavor of real wood to being able to adjust temp on the fly using the app, I Ben if away from the house, it all works great.

    I've owned a lot of different grills and smokers throughout the years, used to be a diehard stick burner guy then went to a pellet smoker then a gravity fed. A friend of mine bought this grill/smoker and I was pretty impressed with it so I decided to purchase one myself. This thing has excellent temperature control I've been really surprised, it produces great food slow and low or high heat searing. One thing though is the ash catcher, I feel that was something that was really overlooked, ashes get everywhere in the ash catcher is extremely tiny. Other than that though I would highly recommend this smoker, would be cool to see a slightly larger one in the future since the charcoal box takes up a decent amount of room.
