    We do allow cancellations, however, once an order is placed, a cancellation transaction fee will apply.     We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. During this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, with the exception that if there are no damages or defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached. No return shipping label will be provided if there are no damages or defects.

    Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, such as custom or made-to-order products, as we source these directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we are unable to facilitate a return. This policy may vary on a case-by-case basis, so we encourage you to contact us for specific details regarding the brand or product you're interested in.

    To be eligible for a return once we receive the item(s), the item(s) must be in perfect condition, the item(s) must remain in the original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached until your exchange request is accepted and processed.

    Warranty

    For the Kamado Joe warranty to apply, you must register your grill. Kamado Joe offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on ceramic parts. All ceramic kamado parts are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill. All metal and cast iron parts are warrantied for a period of five (5) years. The electronic components are warrantied for a period of three (3) years. Any miscellaneous components including, but not limited to the thermometer, gaskets, and iKamand controllers are warrantied for a period of two (2) years. This warranty assumes normal and reasonable domestic household use combined with expected good maintenance. This warranty does not apply to commercial usages. Commercial applications are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Labor not included.     We love this grill. Best home BBQ we've ever owned. The only disappointment is that Kamado Joe offers limited accessories and this grill but i love it

    Perfect for a small family

    This is a perfect grill to get you started with different styles of grilling. It does a little bit of everything and is a lot of fun learning how to cook with the Joe JR. It’s worth it if you ask me. I’m not an expert grill master and have little to no grilling experience but I smoked a 5lbs brisket on this thing and it came out solid. I’ve smoked chicken on it as well and I’ve never had juicier chicken. Buy it. You’ll love it.

    It's the Big Kamado, just smaller!

    Bought this to take camping 'cause I use a Kamado Big Joe at the house. Wound up using Jr at the house for smaller meal cooks. All the benefits of Kamado Joe, but in a smaller package. Comes to temp quickly and easy heat control.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Does it get better? For low and slow: No... No it doesn’t.

    The grill holds it's temperature really well and is GREAT on fuel conservation, compared to the Big ceramic I have. I cook on it about 3 times a week, and have no issues. My only complaint is that the thermometer it comes with has a long probe on the back, which sometimes dips down into meat that i'm smoking (think pork shoulders). It's not a problem usually: i'll move the shoulder back or just use a wireless thermometer anyway.
