    We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. During this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, with the exception that if there are no damages or defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached. No return shipping label will be provided if there are no damages or defects.

    Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, such as custom or made-to-order products, as we source these directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we are unable to facilitate a return.     To be eligible for a return once we receive the item(s), the item(s) must be in perfect condition, the item(s) must remain in the original packaging, new, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached until your exchange request is accepted and processed.

    Warranty

    For the Kamado Joe warranty to apply, you must register your grill. Kamado Joe offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on ceramic parts. All ceramic kamado parts are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill. All metal and cast iron parts are warrantied for a period of five (5) years. The electronic components are warrantied for a period of three (3) years. Any miscellaneous components including, but not limited to the thermometer, gaskets, and iKamand controllers are warrantied for a period of two (2) years. This warranty assumes normal and reasonable domestic household use combined with expected good maintenance. This warranty does not apply to commercial usages. Commercial applications are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Labor not included.     Fire it up!

    This grill is fantastic! It is super simple to get your cook started. Simply choose your accessory from the menu, set the temp and press the ignitor. I love the little lightning bolt on the button. The screen even tells you where to position the vents! It lights in about 10 minutes. That's perfect for most of my cooks during the week when I'm short on time and want to spend time with my family instead of tending to a fire. I highly recommend this new Kamado for all skill levels.

    A Fun Addition to Kamado Cooking

    I have enjoyed all of the Konnected Joe modes that makes it so fun to use. You can use this like a traditional KJ being able to control your vent settings to utilizing automatic / accessory features to dial in your temps without thinking about it. I really like the automatic fire starter feature that makes lighting your charcoal a breeze. Don't worry for the haters or purist, you can still light the konnected joe on your own. I think this innovation to a Kamado Joe makes this a real easy on-ramp for beginners or even pitmasters that are feeling pressed for time or feeling lazy. I have cooked steaks, chicken, pork butt, brisket and other meats so far. I'm a big fan!

    A Great Combination of Quality and Ease of Use

    When I started learning about Kamado grills, I was intrigued, but hesitant to take on the learning curve. After learning about the Konnected Joe, I was all in. The ability to incorporate the technology of the controller, along with the accompanying app, make this grill a joy to use. More importantly, I'm gilling the tastiest meats in the while neighborhood!

    Endless possibilities, our favorite way to cook!

    We purchased the Konnected Joe last year and absolutely love it! From smoking meats and salmon to doing a paella and pizza dishes, our only regret is not buying this grill sooner! The Konnected Joe is second to none and we couldn't be happier!
